Creative Critical Reflection

From the start of the year, to the end.. we were given 4 questions to come back to and reflect on. These 4 questions being the creative critical reflection. It was hard coming up with different ways of answering these, but I did it to the best of my ability and I am proud of my work.

#1: How does your product use or challenge conventions and how does it represent social groups or issues?

In this video, I included a brief explanation on how my magazine challenges conventions while also talking about different social groups.

#2: How does your product engage with audiences and how would it be distributed as a real media text?

For this question, I decided to make an advertisement on social media, with information on the cost and different memberships;

#3: How did your production skills develop throughout this project?

For this question, I made a video of my process in recreating the magazine cover, showing my new skills on what I have learnt throughout this project.

#4: How did you integrate technologies - software, hardware, and online - in this project?

For this question, I made a video with image examples on what technologies and apps I have used to create my magazine.

Conclusion

This blog was by far one of the hardest ones I have ever done. I had to come up with different ways of answering my questions while having to come up with answers that would answer the question perfectly. I edited the videos and photos, while retaking some if I had messed up. Overall, though it was fun, It was very time consuming to say atleast.
