A double page spread is what makes a magazine, a magazine. It includes the articles and the info that is teasered on the front page. Without a double page spread, a magazine wouldn't even have anything to read about, ultimately, buying a magazine just becomes useless. So because it plays an important part in making a magazine, so these are my attempts on trying to make one.
DPS 1
DPS 2
From these 2 versions of my DPS, I really like the second one more. The second one follows the color scheme more clearly, while the first one doesnt match each other. On the second one, there is more information that is icluded on both pages, with them both still clearly readable, while the other one has lesser information and is more blatant with its recipes and steps. The second one has more similar frequently used fonts, while the first one is more mixed with different sizes and fonts of words. They were both also made on the same website, Canva.
From my analyis, I decided to use the second draft as my final DPS.
