Double Page Spread Outline

Coming up with what I have to write for my upcoming DPS was a hard task, but I tried to rule out the basics for a food based magazine. The recipes, ingredients, the history of the dish.. all things I wanted to include in my double page, and I did. Of course I wasn't going to write about all 10 of the dishes I picked, but I did choose Manti. I talked about its history, and why it uses those specific ingredients, I also included the step-by-step on how to do it, plus the ingredients. So this is how my draft went.

Planning

My article will be about the certain dish I picked, and its uprising. It will include information on how it became so important to Turks and our culture. Including how it traveled through the silk road and how it was a go-to option due to its easy prep.

My goal for this article is to reach people who are interested in the taste of Turkey and enjoy facts about my cultural food. I want also want to reach other Turks, and help them connect with each other by common interest. I hope to reach this by making different advertisment like flyers, commercial ads, and social media posts.
